Janitor AI Setup Guide

Quick setup guide to use Api.Airforce as a reverse proxy with Janitor AI.

Create an Account

If you haven't already, create an account on Janitor AI and log in.

Configure API Settings

Go to your API settings in Janitor AI. Select "Reverse Proxy" as your API type. Enter the proxy URL and your Api.Airforce API key. Choose a model from the available ones.

API Key: YOUR_API_KEY
Model: deepseek-v3.2

Select a Model

Type in the model name you want to use. We recommend deepseek-v3.2 or gemini-2.5-pro for the best balance of quality and speed. You can find all available models on our Models page.

Start Chatting

Select a character and start chatting. If you get blank responses, try a different model or adjust your custom prompt settings.

Known Limitations

Janitor AI may occasionally return blank responses depending on the model and prompt configuration. If this happens frequently, we recommend trying SillyTavern instead, which provides more control and reliability.
