Terms of Service
Welcome to Api.Airforce. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Last updated: December 12, 2025
Welcome to Api.Airforce, a product of Deloxity, LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, APIs, and supporting services. By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any endpoint, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Overview of the Service
Api.Airforce provides free and paid plans for API-based AI model access, chat completions, and image generation. The backend is powered by Axum (Rust) and enforces API rate limits, authentication, and analytics collection.
The service allows registered users to use free, premium, and master plans, each with different usage limits and access levels. Paid plans are processed via Creem.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use our services. Use of our APIs in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law is not permitted.
3. Account Registration and Security
An account is required to access authenticated features such as premium models, image generation, and higher rate limits. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Maintain the security of your credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account or API key
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. API Usage and Rate Limiting
Each plan has specific rate limits designed to ensure fair usage:
Misuse of rate limits or attempts to circumvent them may result in suspension or termination.
Beyond the per-minute and per-day request limits above, paid Premium and Master subscriptions also include a monthly cost-based credit budget equal to ten times the plan price (Premium: 9,990 credits, Master: 24,990 credits). Each request consumes credits according to its actual token cost. Reaching 100% of this budget temporarily blocks paid-plan API access until the next billing cycle or until you purchase a Plan Refill.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions (Premium, Master) are billed via Creem. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until canceled. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io. Creem.io is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.
6. Refund Policy
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about refund eligibility and procedures.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service for:
- Illegal purposes or activities
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Building competing services without permission
- Unauthorized API access or credential sharing
- Harassment, abuse, or harmful content generation
- Disallowed scraping or data harvesting
Any misuse may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Service Availability and Changes
