Two ways to pay

You can pay monthly for a credit pool (Subscription) or top up a wallet you spend down per request (Pay2Go). They work side by side — your subscription is used first, the wallet covers anything beyond it.

SUBSCRIPTION · Subscription credits: Flat monthly price, a generous Main credit pool that refills every month, plus a Backup pool for the day you burn through Main faster than expected. Each tier has daily and weekly caps that prevent runaway usage.

PAY2GO · Pay2Go wallet: Pay only for what you use. Top up your USD wallet via card or crypto and we deduct per token. Never expires. Used after the subscription pools are exhausted — or on its own if you have no subscription.

How the credit pools work

Every paid request consumes credits in this order: Main pool first, Backup pool second, Pay2Go wallet last. Each pool has its own purpose; together they shape predictable, capped spend.

Main pool · monthly tier credits: Equal to your tier price plus a 20% bonus on top. Resets in full when the subscription renews. Daily and weekly caps prevent the entire month being burned in a single day.

ℹ️

Backup pool · safety net: Sized at 3× your monthly tier value. Kicks in automatically when Main is empty. You can also restrict it to specific models from the dashboard, so it only covers the requests you actually need it for.

⚠️

Pay2Go wallet · final fallback: Your top-up balance in USD cents. Used after both subscription pools are empty, or as your only funding if you have no subscription. Never expires.

When everything is empty: We never silently overcharge. If Main, Backup, and Pay2Go are all exhausted, the request returns HTTP 402 with a clear message telling you which pool is empty. No surprise bills, no negative balance — top up or wait for the next renewal.

ℹ️

+20% kredit bonus untuk pelanggan

Setiap pengisian ulang bulanan, paket berbayar mendapat bonus 20% di pool utama. Bonus dapat diatur admin per paket, default 20%.

+20%: Paket $10 efektif memberi $12 untuk dibelanjakan; paket $50, $60. Bonus diperbarui setiap perpanjangan.

Mengganti paket di tengah siklus

Upgrade atau downgrade di tengah siklus hanya satu klik. Kami membatalkan langganan lama di penyedia pembayaran, mengkredit bagian yang tidak terpakai ke dompet Pay2Go Anda, dan mengaktifkan paket baru segera.

Langganan lama dibatalkan otomatis: Kami mengirim permintaan pembatalan ke Creem agar paket lama tidak diperbarui. Tidak ada lagi tagihan ganda.
Kredit dompet untuk nilai yang belum terpakai: Kami menghitung berapa banyak paket lama yang belum Anda gunakan (berdasarkan waktu + token) dan mengkreditkan jumlah itu ke dompet Pay2Go Anda.
Paket baru aktif segera: Harga penuh paket baru ditagih sekali di Creem; pool kredit baru Anda tersedia segera setelah pembayaran dikonfirmasi.

Cara kami menghitung kredit:

Dua faktor digabungkan: waktu yang berlalu dalam siklus (1 minggu = 25% siklus) dan token yang digunakan (bobot 75% untuk pool Utama, 25% untuk pool Cadangan). Yang lebih banyak terpakai menentukan sisanya.
credit = min(harga_lama × nilai_tersisa, harga_baru − harga_lama). Batas di kanan memastikan kredit Anda tidak pernah melebihi selisih harga sebenarnya.
Batas bawah sunk-cost 10%: bahkan pergantian di hari yang sama dihitung sebagai 10% dari siklus telah terpakai. Menjaga sistem tetap adil untuk pergantian jujur di tengah siklus sambil mencegah pola "berlangganan → tunggu sehari → upgrade → kembalikan hampir semua".

Contoh: Hari ke-2 Starter ($9,99/bln), hanya 5% kredit terpakai. Anda upgrade ke Premium ($24,99/bln). Kami kredit $8,99 ke dompet Anda (≈90% Starter belum terpakai). Creem menagih $24,99 untuk Premium → pengeluaran bersih efektif hari ini: $16,00.

⚠️

Tidak pernah lebih bayar: Kredit dompet Anda dibatasi pada selisih harga antara paket lama dan baru. Beralih ke tier lebih tinggi tidak pernah lebih mahal dari berlangganan baru di tier itu — paling buruk sama, biasanya lebih murah.

Anggaran Penggunaan Paket

Selain batas permintaan per menit dan per hari, paket berbayar memiliki anggaran kredit berbasis biaya bulanan yang sama dengan 10× harga paket. Setiap permintaan memotong biaya token aktualnya (dalam sen) dari anggaran ini. Pengguna Free dan Pay-As-You-Go tidak tunduk pada ini — mereka diukur secara berbeda.

80% — Notifikasi: Setelah Anda menggunakan 80% dari anggaran bulanan, dasbor menampilkan peringatan dan menawarkan opsi isi ulang. Langganan Anda berlanjut secara normal.

100% — Diblokir hingga perpanjangan: Pada 100%, panggilan API paket berbayar mengembalikan kesalahan yang meminta Anda menunggu siklus penagihan berikutnya atau membeli isi ulang. Langganan itu sendiri tetap aktif.

Cara perpanjangan bekerja: Pada penagihan langganan bulanan berikutnya, anggaran kredit Anda diisi ulang dengan jendela penuh lain (+9.990 untuk Premium, +24.990 untuk Master). Penghitung 'digunakan' tidak direset — kredit terakumulasi, jadi bulan yang berat tidak menghukum Anda di siklus berikutnya.

Pay2Go in detail

Pay2Go is the wallet your spend lands in when you top up. It is the most flexible way to pay — no commitment, no renewal, all models, billed per token.

Top up via card (Creem) or crypto (NowPayments). Minimum top-up applies per provider.
Balance is stored in USD cents and shown as dollars on the dashboard. Currency picker only changes display, not the underlying amount.
A positive Pay2Go balance bypasses tier rate limits and unlocks every model — including ones not available on subscription tiers.
Never expires. If you cancel your subscription, your Pay2Go balance stays with the account.
