Two ways to pay

You can pay monthly for a credit pool (Subscription) or top up a wallet you spend down per request (Pay2Go). They work side by side — your subscription is used first, the wallet covers anything beyond it.

SUBSCRIPTION · Subscription credits: Flat monthly price, a generous Main credit pool that refills every month, plus a Backup pool for the day you burn through Main faster than expected. Each tier has daily and weekly caps that prevent runaway usage.

PAY2GO · Pay2Go wallet: Pay only for what you use. Top up your USD wallet via card or crypto and we deduct per token. Never expires. Used after the subscription pools are exhausted — or on its own if you have no subscription.

How the credit pools work

Every paid request consumes credits in this order: Main pool first, Backup pool second, Pay2Go wallet last. Each pool has its own purpose; together they shape predictable, capped spend.

Main pool · monthly tier credits: Equal to your tier price plus a 20% bonus on top. Resets in full when the subscription renews. Daily and weekly caps prevent the entire month being burned in a single day.

ℹ️

Backup pool · safety net: Sized at 3× your monthly tier value. Kicks in automatically when Main is empty. You can also restrict it to specific models from the dashboard, so it only covers the requests you actually need it for.

⚠️

Pay2Go wallet · final fallback: Your top-up balance in USD cents. Used after both subscription pools are empty, or as your only funding if you have no subscription. Never expires.

When everything is empty: We never silently overcharge. If Main, Backup, and Pay2Go are all exhausted, the request returns HTTP 402 with a clear message telling you which pool is empty. No surprise bills, no negative balance — top up or wait for the next renewal.

تغيير الخطة في منتصف الدورة

الترقية أو الخفض في منتصف الدورة بنقرة واحدة. نلغي الاشتراك القديم لدى مزود الدفع، ونضيف الجزء غير المستخدم إلى محفظة Pay2Go الخاصة بك، ونفعّل الخطة الجديدة فورًا.

إلغاء الاشتراك القديم تلقائيًا: نرسل طلب إلغاء إلى Creem حتى لا يتم تجديد الخطة القديمة. لا مزيد من الخصم المزدوج.
رصيد في المحفظة للقيمة غير المستخدمة: نحسب الجزء غير المستخدم من الخطة القديمة (بحسب الوقت + الرموز) ونضيف هذا المبلغ إلى محفظة Pay2Go.
تفعيل الخطة الجديدة فوراً: يتم خصم السعر الكامل للخطة الجديدة مرة واحدة لدى Creem؛ تصبح مجمعات الرصيد الجديدة متاحة فور تأكيد الدفع.

كيف نحسب الرصيد:

يتم دمج عاملين: الوقت المنقضي في الدورة (أسبوع واحد = 25% من الدورة) والرموز المستخدمة (وزن 75% للمجمع الرئيسي و25% لمجمع النسخ الاحتياطي). الأكثر استنفاذًا يحدد ما تبقى.
credit = min(السعر_القديم × القيمة_المتبقية, السعر_الجديد − السعر_القديم). الحد الأقصى على اليمين يضمن ألا يتجاوز رصيدك فرق السعر الفعلي.
حد أدنى 10% للتكلفة غير القابلة للاسترداد: حتى التبديل في نفس اليوم يُحتسب كاستهلاك 10% من الدورة على الأقل. يحافظ على عدالة النظام للتبديلات النزيهة في منتصف الدورة، ويمنع نمط "الاشتراك → الانتظار يوم → الترقية → استرداد كل شيء تقريباً".

مثال: اليوم 2 من Starter (9.99 دولار/شهر)، تم استخدام 5% فقط من الرصيد. تقوم بالترقية إلى Premium (24.99 دولار/شهر). نضيف 8.99 دولار إلى محفظتك (≈90% من Starter غير مستخدم). يخصم Creem 24.99 دولار مقابل Premium → صافي المصروف الفعلي اليوم: 16.00 دولار.

لا تُحَمَّل رسوماً زائدة أبداً: رصيد محفظتك محدود بفارق السعر بين الخطة القديمة والجديدة. الترقية إلى مستوى أعلى لا تكلف أبداً أكثر من اشتراك جديد في المستوى — في أسوأ الحالات نفس المبلغ، وعادة أقل.

خطة ميزانية الاستخدام

علاوة على حدود الطلب لكل دقيقة ولكل يوم، تتمتع الخطط المدفوعة بميزانية ائتمانية شهرية على أساس التكلفة تساوي 10× سعر الخطة. يقوم كل طلب بخصم تكلفة الرمز المميز الفعلية (بالسنتات) من هذه الميزانية. لا يخضع المستخدمون المجانيون وPay-As-You-Go لهذا - حيث يتم قياسهم بشكل مختلف.

كيفية عمل التجديد: في رسوم الاشتراك الشهري التالي، تتم إضافة ميزانية الائتمان الخاصة بك من خلال نافذة كاملة أخرى (+9,990 لـ Premium، +24,990 لـ Master). لم تتم إعادة ضبط العداد "المستخدم" - تتراكم الأرصدة، لذا فإن الشهر الثقيل لا يعاقبك في الدورة التالية.

Pay2Go in detail

Pay2Go is the wallet your spend lands in when you top up. It is the most flexible way to pay — no commitment, no renewal, all models, billed per token.

Top up via card (Creem) or crypto (NowPayments). Minimum top-up applies per provider.
Balance is stored in USD cents and shown as dollars on the dashboard. Currency picker only changes display, not the underlying amount.
A positive Pay2Go balance bypasses tier rate limits and unlocks every model — including ones not available on subscription tiers.
Never expires. If you cancel your subscription, your Pay2Go balance stays with the account.
